Michael Edward Patton (“Defendant”) was found guilty following a bench trial of committing the class B felony of child molestation in the first degree. Section 566.067. 1 The court sentenced Defendant to a ten-year prison term but suspended execution of the sentence and placed him on supervised probation for five years.
