RHODES RUSSELL, Presiding Judge.
Plaintiff, United States Central Underwriters Agency Incorporated (“U.S. Central”), a defunct corporation, appeals the dismissal of its petition alleging wrongful transfer of securities, conversion, and civil conspiracy. The petition was dismissed by the trial court for lack of standing. We affirm the trial court’s dismissal in that the suit should have been brought in the names of the statutory trustees rather than in the name of the corporation.
