{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the April 13, 2017 Notice of Appeal filed by Satya Hospitality Corporation ("Satya"). Satya operates the Red Carpet Inn (the "Inn") at 15 Rockridge Road in Englewood, and it appeals from the trial court's March 29, 2017 "Decision, Order and Entry Affirming in part and Vacating in part the Decision of the City of Englewood, Ohio Property Maintenance Hearing Board [ ('the Board') ]."
