This Memorandum Opinion and Order arises out of the following:(1) The motion of Plaintiff R.C. Olmstead, Inc. (“RCO”) for partial summary judgment on its claims against Defendants Software Properties LLC, CU Interface LLC (“CUI”), and Thomas Burkhart (collectively, “Developer Defendants”) for misappropriation of trade secrets, copyright infringement, and violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
