RAYMOND, District Judge.

The bill of complaint filed by plaintiff alleges that it is an unincorporated voluntary religions association organized according to the apostolic plan; that it has one common treasury or community fund;- that it is operated exclusively for religious and charitable purposes; *702and that, hy the provisions oí section 231 of the Revenue Act of 1924 (Comp. St. § 6336Venn), it is expressly exempted from taxation.
