BRODY, District Judge.
Plaintiff, Dennis Barker (“Barker”), brings this action against Defendant, International Paper Company (“IP”), for violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) (Counts I, IV), 42'U.S .C. §§ 12101 et seq., the Rehabilitation Act (Counts II, V), 29 U .S.C. § 701 et seq., the Maine Human Rights Act (“MHRA”) (Counts III, VI), 5 M.R.S.A. § 4551 et seq., and for tortious interference with prospective advantageous economic relationship.
