The plaintiffs in error, Albert J. Leonard and others, (herein called complainants,) filed their bill for an injunction in the circuit court of Lake county on behalf of themselves and all others similarly situated, against Marguerite Pearce, George Pearce and August Froelich, (who will be referred to herein as defendants,) to restrain the defendants from interfering with the complainants and others in the use of the waters of Lake Zurich for navigation, fishing, hunting, bathing and similar uses.
