This was a suit in ejectment, brought by the appellees, against the city of Chicago, to recover possession of the west thirty-three feet of lot 3, in the assessor’s division of the northeast quarter of the north-east quarter of the south-west quarter of section 34, town 39 north, range 14, east of the third principal meridian.
