— This is an original application for a writ of prohibition directed to Belle Reeves, secretary of state, prohibiting her from certifying to the auditors of the several counties, for printing upon the ballots at the ensuing primary election, the name of George F. McAulay as a candidate for nomination to the office of judge of the supreme court, in position No. 3.
