The relator, H. W. Lyons, presented to ■the Attorney General of the State of North Dakota a written request asking that officer -to institute an original quo warranto pro■ceeding in the Supreme Court against William L. Guy and Orville Hagen to determine their respective rights to the office •of governor of the State.
