¶ 1. This is the review of a decision from the court of appeals reversing the order of the circuit court for Douglas County, Robert E. Eaton, Judge, that reversed the decision of the Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System (Board) to terminate John Marder, a tenured faculty member at the University of Wisconsin-Superior (UW-Superior).
