The National Labor Relations Board (the “Board”) has applied for enforcement of an order in which it adopted the findings of Administrative Law Judge Michael A. Marcionese (the “ALJ”). After a two-day trial, the ALJ held that the respondent, Caval Tool Division, Chromalloy Gas Turbine Corporation 1 (“Caval”), violated Section 8(a)(1) of the National Labor Relations Act (the “NLRA”).
