Defendant Floyd Hambleton, one of the two shareholders in defendant Classic Exposition, Inc., appeals a judgment that holds him personally liable for $80,000 of plaintiff Klokke Corporation’s claims against Classic for its breach of a commercial lease. Hambleton also assigns error to the court’s award of attorney fees under the lease, to the award of prejudgment interest, and to the rate of both prejudgment and postjudgment interest.
