DECISION AND ORDER

CURRAN, District Judge.

Superview Network, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation, is suing SuperAmerica, a division of Ashland Oil, Inc., a foreign corporation with its principal place of business in Ashland, Kentucky, for breaching an oral contract and for violating the Wisconsin Fair Dealership Law (WFDL), Wis.Stat. §§ 135.01-.07. This court has diversity jurisdiction over the subject matter of this lawsuit in that the parties are citizens of different states and the amount in controversy exceeds $50,000. See 28 U.S.C. § 1332.
