Plaintiff-appellant, McGraw-Edison Company (“McGraw-Edison”), brought this action against the defendants-appellees, Walt Disney Productions (“Disney”) and Bally Manufacturing Corporation (“Bally”), alleging that the defendants’ use of the plaintiff’s TRON trademark violates sections 32 and 43 of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1114(1) 1 and 1125(a), 2 the Illinois Anti-Dilution Act, Ill.Rev.Stat. ch. 140, § 22, 3 the Illinois Deceptive Trade Practices Act, Ill.Rev.Stat. ch.
