This appeal by defendant, the National Plate Glass Company, seeks to reverse a judgment for $40,314.60 rendered against it in favor of plaintiff, Knowles Foundry & Machine Company, in an action brought by the latter for damages claimed to have been suffered by reason of defendant’s alleged breach of contract. The verdict of the jury fixed plaintiff’s damages at $59,745.40.
