{¶ 1} The state of Ohio appeals from a judgment of the Kettering Municipal Court that suppressed evidence, including field-sobriety tests and a breath-alcohol test, in a prosecution for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

{¶ 2} The facts in this case are not in dispute. On October 6, 2004, at around 2:00-2:15 a.m., Centerville police officer Doug Train observed a truck being driven by defendant at a high rate of speed coming off the exit ramp from northbound 1-675 onto Far Hills Avenue.
