Appellant assigns error upon overruling its motion for a new trial and upon the conclusions of law upon the facts found.
The facts are, substantially: Appellee is, and for seventeen years has been, the wife of Frederick W. Sihler, and from 1896 until July, 1902, she and her husband were bona fide residents of Et.
