The case before us arises on a bill to-foreclose a mortgage executed hy Veronica Vogel and her husband, Frank B. Vogel, and requires a consideration of the-circumstances under which a married woman may be bound, on a contract in which she joined with her husband.

We have carefully examined the evidence, all of which is. in the record, and have arrived at the conclusion that all the facts necessary to a determination of the rights of the parties, are presented by the special findings of the court.
