Plaintiff-appellant Mario Miguel Jaram-illo appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Buchwald, /.), granting defendant-appellee Weyerhaeuser Company’s (“Weyerhaeuser”) motion for summary judgment, denying Jaramillo’s cross-motion, and dismissing the complaint.
