MEMORANDUM OPINION

CHASANOW, District Judge.

Presently pending and ready for resolution in this action brought under the Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 2601 et seq., are the cross-motions for summary judgment by Plaintiff Cynthia Dillon (Paper 13) and Defendant Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (“MNCPPC”) (Paper 16). The issues have been fully briefed and the court now rules, no hearing being deemed necessary. Local Rule 105.6.
