OPINION OF THE COURT
SCIRICA, Chief Judge.
RMJC, Inc. appeals from a judgment in favor of the plaintiff, Essex Insurance Company, which had issued RMJC a commercial general liability insurance policy. RMJC operates the Show and Tel Show Bar, an adult nightclub, and was found liable in Pennsylvania state court for injuries suffered on an outside stairway by patron Mark Jaworski. The state court determined Jaworksi’s injuries occurred as a result of his removal from the club after an altercation with its security personnel, also known as bouncers.
