I. INTRODUCTION
In this adversary proceeding, Plaintiff Todd Nurick (“the Plaintiff’) requests that the court deny the chapter 7 discharge of Debtor/Defendants Kevin Burke and Tere*767sa Burke (collectively, “the Debtors”) pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(2).
The Plaintiff represented the Debt- or/Defendants Kevin Burke and Teresa Burke (collectively, “the Debtors”) in various pre-petition legal matters.
