Defendants have appealed from a judgment perpetually enjoining a proposed trustee’s sale pursuant to a notice of sale theretofore given; and temporarily enjoining any such sale under either a declaration of trust or a deed of trust securing the same obligation for a period of one year from the date of entry of the judgment for failure to pay interest between February 9, 1939, and November 13, 1939, or subsequent to entry of the judgment and enjoining them for eighteen months subsequent to entry of the judgment from declaring any such default for failure to pay principal or interest prior to…
