Appellant was convicted of the crime of lewd and lascivious conduct upon the body of a girl of the age of about eight and a half years. He bases his appeal upon two grounds:

“1. That the evidence is insufficient to support the verdict. 2. That the court erred in overruling the objections of the defendant to the admission oí certain evidence.”
