Reversing.
This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of appellee for $15,540 for personal injuries lie sustained at or near Lakeland, Jefferson county, Ky., on the evening of March 31, 1926, while he was employed as brakeman on one of appellant’s freight trains running from Louisville to Latonia. As a result of the accident appellee lost the sight of his left eye, and eventually the injured eye was removed.
