This is an appeal by defendants from a jury verdict of $4,025 in favor of the plaintiff and respondent and from an order denying a motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict. The complaint was filed on behalf of two separate plaintiffs, the first cause of action being the only one here under consideration as the parties plaintiff in the second cause of action have not appealed from a verdict adverse to them.
