MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

FRANK, District Judge.

Introduction

The above-entitled matter came on for hearing before the undersigned United States District Judge on January 21, 2000, pursuant to Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment of all claims and Defendant’s Motion to Strike Affidavits. In the Complaint, Plaintiff alleges discrimination based on race and gender, sexual harassment, reprisal, and battery. For the reasons set forth below, Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment is granted and Defendant’s Motion to Strike Affidavits is denied as moot.
