This is a consolidated proceeding to review an order of the Public Utilities Commission accepting, with modifications and directions, tariff schedule Number 108-T filed by Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company, hereinafter called Pacific. The schedule was voluntarily filed and covered the installing, leasing and maintaining of private mobile communications systems.
