Louis Eischl was appointed administrator of the estate of Martha Pratt, deceased, by the county court, of Carter county, and gave his bond with the Globe Indemnity Company as surety. At the end of this matter there was an order entered by the county court of Carter county in which it was ordered and directed that said administrator pay to Louis Perkins, within 30 days from date of said order, the sum of $1,138.61. The administrator failed to pay this sum, and Pauline Hawkins, as the administratrix of the estate of Louis Perkins, deceased, and on the 28th day of November, 1933, filed her suit…
