ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS’ MOTIONS TO DISMISS WITH LEAVE TO AMEND

Defendants Aurora Loan Services, Inc.; Aurora Bank FSB, formerly known as Lehman Brothers Bank FSB; and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems have filed motions to dismiss plaintiffs’ First Amended Complaint.
