MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER
WINDER, District Judge.
This matter is before the court on the Motion for Summary Judgment brought by defendant Tambrands, Inc. (“Defendant”) on the strict product liability claims of plaintiff Lee Ann McKinnon (“Plaintiff’). 1 A hearing on the motion was held on February 3, 1993. Defendant was represented by Gary B.
