Defendant has appealed from an order which determined his arrearages under the provisions of a property settlement agreement, and ordered that execution issue for that sum. (See Code Civ. Proc., § 963, subd. 2; and Crowley v. Superior Court (1936) 17 Cal.App.2d 52, 54 [61 P.2d 372].)
