Steven Parker appeals as of right from an order and opinion of the State Tenure Commission discharging him from his position as a tenured teacher in the Byron Center Public School District. We affirm.

In September 1995, the superintendent of the Byron Center Public Schools received a letter from a woman alleging that appellant had engaged in a sexual relationship with her in the late 1970s while she was a student in the district.
