We grant appellants’ motion for rehearing. We withdraw our opinion of August 8, 2006 and vacate the judgment of that date. This is now the opinion of the Court.

This is an accelerated, interlocutory appeal from the denial of a special appearance. The dispute centers on the effect of a forum-selection clause in a contract that designates Texas as the venue and exclusive jurisdiction for lawsuits.
