On April 12, 2010, Plaintiffs Haley Paint Company and Isaac Industries, Inc. (“Plaintiffs”) filed a Consolidated Amended Complaint and initiated this class action lawsuit against Defendant E.I. Du Pont De Nemours and Co. (“Du Pont”) and others, alleging a *334conspiracy to fix the price of titanium dioxide in the United States in violation of Section 1 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1.
