OPINION BY MURRAY, J.:

Agnes Frempong and Steve Frempong (together, Landlords), proceeding pro se , and Allan Richardson and Lashana Whitaker (together, Tenants) cross-appeal from the judgment 2 granting possession of the property to Landlords. We affirm the denial of unpaid rent to Landlords, but reverse the award of possession to Landlords. We thus affirm in part and reverse in part. 3
