BENDER, J.:
¶ 1 Americo Rivera and Andy Torres (Appellants) appeal from the trial court’s October 7, 2002 orders denying their petitions for writs of habeas corpus. 1 For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
¶ 2 Both Appellants are presently inmates in the Special Management Unit (SMU) at the State Correctional Institution (SCI) in Greene County. Previously, they were housed in the Long Term Segregation Unit (LTSU) at the SCI in Pittsburgh.
