In this diversity action, Jerry Mitchell appeals from four of the district court’s 1 orders granting summary judgment in favor of, as relevant to this appeal, H. Lewis Wiley, Kathleen Wilson, Canyon City Realty Co. (“Canyon City”), Midwest Commercial Properties (“Midwest”), and the partners in the accounting firm Baird, Kurtz & Dobson (“BKD Partners”).
