Mary B. Robbins, owner of the 76.9 acres of land in Navarro County, executed the following instrument, on November 2, 1898, towit:
“Know all men by these presents: That I, Mary B. Robbins, of Kingston, Mass., the party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of $5.00 paid by W. H. Staley, of Pennsylvania, party of the second part, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration hereinafter mentioned, have granted, bargained, sold, and conveyed, and do by these presents grant, bargain, sell, and convey, unto the said parties of the second part, their heirs,…
