Before NESBETT, C. J„ DIMOND, RABINOWITZ and BONEY, JJ., and LEWIS, Superior Court Judge. RABINOWITZ, Justice.
Arthur H. Peterson asks us to admit him to the practice of law in Alaska on the basis that he has met the requirements of both AS 08.08.130 and Rule II, Alaska Bar Rules, which embody prerequisites for ad mission. Additionally, appellant argues that he was denied due process of law through the manner in which his examination papers were graded by the Committee of Law Examiners.
