This is an appeal by the plaintiff from a judgment of the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico affirming a judgment of the Superior Court, San Juan Part, dismissing his complaint in an action for unlawful detainer. The action was brought to recover possession of commercial premises constituting a part' of the ground floor of a building owned by the plaintiff at 1409 Ponce de Leon Avenue in Santuree.
