Defendants Multivision Cable TV Corporation (Multivision) and B & E Grenada, Inc. (B & E) operate cable television systems in various areas of Mississippi and elsewhere. Plaintiff Futurevision Cable Systems, Inc. 1 is a cable system overbuild-er, which enters areas already being served by a cable service provider, overbuilds that system and begins to operate in competition with the existing cable provider.
