This cause is before the Court on the Motion for Summary Judgment (Dkt. 14) and Memorandum of Law (Dkt. 15) of Defendants, Sheriff Thomas Vaughn, individually and officially in his capacity as Sheriff, and Lieutenant Jim Roy, individually.
