{¶ 1} This appeal arises from the Geauga County Court of Common Pleas, wherein appellant, Michael W. Spellman, pleaded guilty to two counts of theft in office, felonies of the third degree; one count of aggravated theft, a felony of the third degree; one count of tampering with records, a felony of the third degree; one count of tampering with evidence, a felony of the third degree; one count of unauthorized use of a computer, a felony of the fifth degree; and 330 counts of forgery, felonies of the fifth degree.
