OPINION
{¶ 1} Appellant, Paul E. DelManzo, appeals his sentence following his guilty plea to aggravated vehicular homicide and operation of a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. At issue is whether the trial court erred in imposing the maximum sentence and whether his sentence was inconsistent. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
