JOHNSON, Presiding Judge.

Carolyn Tucker, as legal guardian of Lorie T. Justice (“Justice”), appeals from the trial court’s order granting Thomas C. Talley, M.D., P.C.’s (“Talley”) and Talley & Stroud, LLC’s (“LLC”) motion to dismiss. We affirm for the reasons set forth below.

In her complaint, Justice alleges that she sought treatment from Talley and LLC for severe headaches, fever, and nausea, among other things, but that Talley and LLC only prescribed pain medication for her condition and failed to conduct any medical tests.
