Memorandum: This is a proceéding for a judicial review under section 298 of the Executive Law of a determination made by the State Human Rights Appeal Board dated June 30, 1975 which affirmed a determination of the State Division of Human Rights charging petitioner herein with discrimination because of sex in the termination of complainant’s probationary teaching position.
