Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term, which granted petitioners’ application, in a proceeding pursuant to article 78 of the CPLR, to prohibit the New York State Division of Human Rights from taking further proceedings against petitioners in reference to the complaint of Geraldine Saunders. On March 20, 1972 Geraldine Saunders filed a complaint against petitioners, the merits of which are not presently at issue.
