This is an appeal by Oscar Sundberg from a judgment ordering foreclosure of coordinate mechanics liens against real property owned by him in fee simple arising out of remodeling improvements made to the subject property by four lien claimants under separate contracts with Sundberg’s lessees. The issue presented concerns the interpretation and application of Minn. St. 514.011.
